MAX.NET may enable users (“Members”) to create MAX.NET profiles, which allow them to control their profile information and whether it should be made public or private. This also
allows members to identify themselves with their contributions to any MAX.NET Site and to manage their MAX.NET e-mail-based or other subscriptions. We strive to limit the type of
personally identifiable information that we collect to information that helps us accomplish our goal of providing first-class services for the benefit of our existing and prospective Members.
Members. If you are a MAX.NET Member and access the restricted, Members-only areas of our Sites, MAX.NET may collect additional information relating to your participation in MAX.NET Services.
We also may obtain information about your access and use of MAX.NET research materials, benchmarking tools, and other online and offline offerings.
Information from other sources. We also may periodically obtain information about you from partners and other sources, and combine that information with information we collected from you.

you a choice about such sharing.
5. Disclosures To Third Parties
MAX.NET may share your personally identifiable information with other companies or individuals in the following instances

Please note that, when you become a MAX.NET Member and publicly share information in your profile, other users can see and access that information.
In the event that MAX.NET wishes to share your personally identifiable information in a manner that is not discussed above, you will have an opportunity to choose not to have us share such
information.
We may also share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers, investors, and partners. Aggregate or anonymous information does not contain any personally
identifiable information, and its use and disclosure is not subject to the terms of this Policy.

MAX.NET operates the Sites in the United States and, depending on your country of residence, the submission of personally identifiable information to our Sites may involve some transfer

personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and MAX.NET assumes no liability for any damage suffered by you caused
by the interception, alteration, or misuse of information during transmission.
Please note that the effective security with respect to our Sites depends, in part, on our Members ensuring that any IDs and passwords that they have been issued by us are kept confidential
and secure and that Members adhere to the restrictions on password and ID-sharing set forth in our Terms of Use (EDIT)

To provide increased value to users of our Sites, we may provide links to other websites or resources that are not part of the MAX.NET network of Services. MAX.NET does not exercise control
over these websites or their privacy practices.
